Refund and Returns Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Your refund and returns rights under this policy and our obligation to you.
As per the Australian consumer rights and guarantees.
Foothills Design and Install will happily accept product returns and provide you with a refund, product replacement or a repair when:
Product is faulty, not of acceptable quality and/or are defective (the defect not being caused by you)
The product is significantly different from the sample or description provided by us at time of purchase
Products do not do what they are intended to do.
You can provide proof of purchase from us
and you have notified us (in writing) within 48 hours of receiving your products
Foothills Design and Install reserve the right to not to offer a refund, replacement product or repair should the product/item be a result of incorrect use, misuse or neglect.
Simply change of mind returns
Care must be taken when ordering products for you project from Foothills Design and Install website. Guarantees do not apply if you have received what you ordered. Foothills Design and Install is not obligated to offer a refund or product return should you simply change your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, did not like your purchase, over ordered or had no use for it.
However, we want to assist you if we can. Returns that are from no fault of Foothills Design and Install will reserve the right to a 20% or $50 restocking fee (whichever is greater) and any transport costs involved. These fees are to cover the cost of processing your return.
. Products must be in original packaging
. The products are not to be damaged, marked or soiled in any way
. Products must be fit for resale as a “new” product
. These products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
Simply change of mine returns are at the discretion of Foothills Design and Install. We can only ever sell new products to customers. So, we can only accept products that meet the above criteria.
Custom Order Returns
These are specially manufactured to the customers request and cannot be returned or refunded once client has excepted the quote and manufacturing these products has started.
How to return products
Please contact us before returning your product so we can determine your reason (details below).
This can be done by returning directly to Foothills Design and Install’s premisses or we will organise collection if you have had it delivered at no charge to you if product is faulty, not of acceptable quality and/or are defective (the defect not being caused by you)
